Fungal nails or onychomycosis can become thickened, deformed, discolored, and painful in and out of shoes.  Nail fungus can now be treated without surgery or nail removal.  Treatment of nail fungus can be completed without pain or discomfort.

· Treatment with oral Lamisil tablets

· Treatment with Topical Penlac Nail Lacquer (the only FDA approved topical prescription medication).

· Periodic nail filing and debridement.

Nail fungus is an infection in and under the nail and rarely responds to non prescription medication.  Treatment options include manually reducing the nail, prescription strength topical medication, and oral medication.

Nail fungus before treatment, toenail after treatment, toenail fully grown out after treatment usually 9-12 months.
